These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of any product from Digital Empire Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

What we sell

We sell digital products only: The Digital Empire Puppy Potty Training Guide (a PDF eBook) and optional digital support plans. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are provided.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where a price or description was published in error; if we cancel, we refund in full.

Delivery of your purchase

Access instructions are delivered after checkout so you can download the PDF straight away. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@digitalempiresolutions.store and we will resolve it.

Your licence to use the guide

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the eBook for your own household, for as long as you keep them.

You may not resell, sublicense, republish, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, or distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial training services, without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content in the guide and on this website — text, layout, images and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying a copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.

Support plans

Digital support plans are governed by our Digital Support Terms, which form part of these terms.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to breach its security, no automated scraping, no uploading of malicious code, and no use of the site or our support for unlawful purposes.

No guarantees

The guide provides general educational information. It is not veterinary advice and no specific result or timeline is promised. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the products or support if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, in particular the licence restrictions above.
